THE BROMLEY BUBBLE COMPANY
The Bromley Bubble started life in 1992 when a close friend was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
David had always wanted to drive a Bubble car from Lands End to John O'Groats so we decided to fulfil an
ambition and raise some money for 'The Royal Marsden Hospital Cancer Appeal'.
We found a restored car in Orpington, then set about organising the drive from Bromley to John O'Groats.
We then became The Bromley Bubble Run, the run took place September '92 after a lot of blood, sweat and
tears we managed to raise £2,000 for 'The Marsden'.
After the run, David realised the cars engine needed a rebuild and it was after months of frustration with the
Club waiting for parts, not being able to talk to a committee member about problems he decided to research
other ways of obtaining spares. A friend put us in touch with a German contact and then life became so much
easier. It became obvious that there was a need for an independent spares supplier who was also willing to talk,
David who had twenty years experience in motor spares took up the challenge and the comprehensive price list is
the result of a lot of hard research.
The Alternative Bromley Bubble started life after attending lots of car events and noticing that there was a lack
of things for the ladies. Denise had always been interested in alternative medicine and decided to get a range of
products to give the ladies something to buy. This proved very successful, the range of products grew to the vast
range of products they sell today, which includes Essential Oils, Creams, Lotions, Herbal, Vitamins, Mineral Pills
and Herbal Tinctures.
David and Denise are always willing to give advice and therefore help their customers to purchase the right
product or part for their needs.
